Xbox 360 repair questions?
I just got the 3 red light issue. I’ve submitted a repair order with Microsoft and they’re sending me the box to ship my console to them.
I know many of you have already done this. I’ve got 2 questions for you:
1. How long did it take for you to get your console back?
2. Does Microsoft give you any kind of credit or extension of your Live account for the time you lose waiting for repair?
I did a search for other questions on YA but didn’t find the answers to this in the few I looked at. Any info would be appriciated. Thanks!
