So far as I know subprime people that were considered were “at risk”. These sub-prime mortgage has a variable rate. How do people obtain these subprime loans did not know that it would increase interest rates make mortgage payments too high to pay for them? The mortgage companies do not want to convince many that do not increase interest rates? I do not see how so many people could bank on a mortgage that may have an interest rate that could reach a level that payment would be prohibitive.
