Should I trade in my 4.75 fixed rate 30 year loan with a VA Hybrid 3/1 loan?
20K in closing costs.
VA Hybrid = 3.0%fixed for the first 3 years, Maximum increase of 1%/year after with a cap at 8%.
I miss one mortgage payment and get escrow fees back.
Current loan = 462K at 4.75% Fixed.
