So, Cap1 just approved a PC from Platinum to QS MC a few days ago. My account online already shows the new QS card ending XXXX, but the email I just got saying they shipped my new card has different last four digits than my account shows. ???. Does anyone have any experience with this? I could have sworn in the chat, I was told it would be the the same card #. I did save the chat, so I will check when I am able.
