Just got a letter in the mail in response to GW email to Cap 1 EO. “NO changes will be made to your consumer credit file.” Was hoping to have some lates removed as they are 2.5 years old and were the result of autopay issues. One payment did not go through and it started a chain reaction of lates — I didn’t realize this for a few months and as soon as I did, I paid the missing $ 199 but the damage was done.
