Hi everyone, brand new to the forum. I recently sent ERC a detailed goodwill letter that I typed up on Word and then emailed to a customer service email, I emailed it on Jan 8th, and when I woke up the 10th, I had an email back that said this:
Thank you for your inquiry. A deletion has been submitted to all three credit bureaus in association with the account. Please allow up to 45 days for the update to appear on your personal credit report. If you have further questions or concerns you may contact a general representative at (800) 617-0049 during the following office hours: 8 am-11pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-7pm Friday and 8am-5pm Saturday.
My question is, it’s the ’31st today, has anybody experience just how long it may take for the collection to drop off a report? I know it’s only been 21 days but I am just so anxious lol. I was really shocked when they emailed me that back. I’m all ready to apply for a mortgage on an investment property but I’d like to see what my score does with the collection gone. The collection is a year old.
