I already have my information to my credit and good faith estimate. How long after this whole document, I get documents that the loan has already been done?

A bunch. We call them RESPA docs (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act). The key ones that you should be concerned about:

1. Good Faith Estimate (GFE)
2. Truth in Lending (TIL)
3. Credit Bureau Scores.

The rest are real sleepers, but you are entitled to them and we are required to send them to you. Make sure you read through them to know what you are getting into.

Disclosures need to go out once your credit is checked. The loan procedure will depend on the bank or broker you are dealing with. I have closed loans in as little as 7 days in today’s market. Some banks wont look at a file for 30 days it all depends on who you are working with
