Mortgage Loan sales-what are the pros & cons of wholesale vs. retail sides of the fence?
I am currently a New Jersey Mortgage Loan Officer-retail, selling to the borrower, but I am new to the industry and am being courted by Lenders to sell wholesale to the Broker community. I have 28 years of professional consultative sales experience and buiding a solid “BOOK” is my forte. Any suggestions? Thank you!!
