Mortgage Loan Question: For all you MORTGAGE REP?
I am debating as to whether i should get a 4.5% Interest Only Loan for 5 years… OR a 10 years interest only for 6.0%. What do you think? Do you project interest to be extremely high in 2012?
Loan Balance = $ 350,000
4.5% = 1294.52
6.0% = 1726.02
