Is it better to get a Loan Modification Attorney vs do it myself?

My house is currently in Foreclosure. Currently my only option(s) at this point seem to be to try for yet ANOTHER Loan Modification with Wells Fargo Mortgage. Could I really have a better chance with a Loan Modification Attorney or do it myself ?(I have been trying all year by myself with no luck.) Not to mention it seems it may be cheaper to pay the lawyer than paying the reinstatement fee the bank is demanding all at once? HELP?!?
