I can’t afford going to a gym or buying home equipment can anyone help me with a daily exercise routine?
I need to get in shape and I’m only 14. I’m not that old to go to a gym and I can’t afford home equipment.Can anyone help me and give me tips like for example, what objects can be substituted to be weights, how I can lose some weight fast just with exercise, etc. It would be great if someone helps me get fit!! Thanks.
