How old were you when you (and all other major), bought her first house?

How many people out there have been successful, as the young, first-time buyers? I’m 22 and my husband is 25, we just bought her first house. Pretty much anyone other than our parents said we’re crazy when we thought the bank to give us our seasons. Their excuse was that “they” do not buy his first house until they are in their 30-fortunate to live so we should be hiring for the next decade. I think its one of those “maintain the status quo” attitude. Something I’m not very good:) My husband and I built a good credit history, and even if we do not have the money to to 20% less than the house we could make our selection for programs first time homebuyers who need little or no down payment. We live in Huntsville, AL, and found a house 30 minutes north of the City qualified majority USDA Rural Development Loan, mainly managed by the Ministry of Agriculture mortgages, which do not require a deposit to encourage growth in rural areas. Interest rates on these loans is about half over higher than the former if we combined the two other programs, reducing the interest rate on the normal level, and offers a tax credit of 20% of monthly mortgage interest that we pay monthly. We were able buy a 1600 + square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, ranch style home in good condition, 1 acre hilltop, and a beautiful view over the countryside to the rear yard only $ 105 000 each. It is also our budget $ 130,000. If this sounds oddly low compared to your region, Alabama, is a very experienced real estate boom, and since Huntsville is a hotbed for defense contractors, high technology and the government employment, the economy has not collapsed. It was actually ranked No. 4 by the growth of the city smartmoney.com best job in the country. Chamber also one of them rarely, I tend to attract the types of transactions.
