How do you cope with the pain after selling all your puppies?

This is for all the breeders out there… I bred my dogs for the first time 2 mos. ago. We sold them all and were fortunate enough to have them all go into homes with people we know. They’re all in wonderful, loving homes.( I wouldn’t have it any other way!) My question is… how do you do it? How do you stop thinking about those little babies? I can’t stop crying & we realized this isn’t something we will do again. I have gotten too attached to them and am very upset that I don’t have them here with me. Tonight is the very first night that we have no puppies, so it’s all new. I’m just sad, and wonder how people that breed dogs often can leave them, especially because most of the time the puppies aren’t going w/ people you know. My 2 dogs that I bred to get these puppies are the best thing in the world to me and I wanted to share that with as many people as possible. I wanted to make others happy & bring joy to their lives, but I’m having a tough time. Does anyone have any tips to help me get to bed!! Help!
