They said since the online tracking is saying that it has arrived but is not saying “delivered”, then it is most likely sitting at the post office waiting for you. I sent the phone via Registered Mail and this means it has to be signed for. So, I suggest going to all of your local post offices within the zip code area and checking. It should be there.

It shows that it was delivered November 30, 2010 at 10:03 a.m. You should check with your post office. I sent an iPhone to an Ebay buyer in Great Britain. I shows on the tracking it arrived, but never delivered. Paypal Seller Protection only covers any item over 250.00 if it shows delivered, not arrived. So I was forced to refund the buyer their money. WHo can I contact to try and help me get this package back? It was sent Registered Mail.
