      We currently rent a 2 br/1b condo from my grandma. We pay $ 650.00 a month + insurance on the property. I got a new used card in 2011 and its a 6 yr pay off. I pay a little more per month on it. My husband went behind my back and bought an almost 40k truck with his not so good credit (mine is good). We have looked at homes online, even foreclosures but they always want a 20k down payment.. Which is not possible for us to save. Together we have about a 90k a yr income. Will we ever be able to buy a house (I am pregnant so we need more space) or will I just have to wait to inherit one from a relative?
