      She really went above and beyond and made the home buying experience a pleasant one…. we really want to buy her something in appreciation….any ideas?
      She got us a really great gift for our new home, and I just didn’t know if I should send a thank you to her….in addition she got us the house for $ 7500 under appraisal.
