      What if (hypothetically) you bought a new home and are in the process of selling your old home, the new owners aren’t moving in for a month or two (as they need to live out a prior lease on their old apartment), and the Census comes in the mail to your old address?

      Do you fill out two Census forms?

      Would you be chased down for not answering it regarding your previous address, as you were the most recent owner of the property?

      How far exactly, does this “Your response is required by law” clause go?
