Paco Rabanne’s latest creation is far from going unnoticed. By forming the pair of Invictus – Olympéa perfumes, it is a little as if he had pierced the secret of the gods, to better create the alliance of grace and power. The public was not insensitive to all this charm and then hastened to discover these new essences, to the point of ranking them almost instantly among the bestsellers of the house. Also, 2016 will also be a milestone for Paco Rabanne. Indeed, the family is growing and Olympéa will be available in an Aqua version.

Olympéa Aqua, a goddess in the heart of fresh waters

Like any self-respecting olfactory variation, Olympéa Aqua retains the very essence of its predecessor. Both fragrances are clearly from the same family, however, as the name suggests, the Aqua version couldn’t be fresher. It draws its invigorating scent from the fusing of Calabrian bergamot, which legend says that the appearance, on a full moon evening, would indicate the place where fairies are born. Olympéa has more than one trick up her sleeve: she doesn’t just give us a sublime scent. It is mysterious and contains as much charm as a magic filter. What is more, its dynamism also comes from the association of petitgrain leaf with ginger. Finally, the entire Olympéa base is based on the assortment of three ingredients: On the one hand, there is salted vanilla. Its warm scent gives roundness to the whole. What is more, it seems that it would excite ambition and increase physical and intellectual activity. It would strengthen the will and fight weariness. Added to this is the power of ambergris. In addition, this element from New Caledonia is used exclusively in luxury perfumery. Indeed, its rarity and its price make it a very noble element. Finally, the cashmere wood finishes to sublimate the whole of its scents are woody, soft and sensual. this element from New Caledonia is used exclusively in luxury perfumery. The return of Paco Rabanne’s talisman bottle

The first version of Olympéawas contained in a beautiful jewel bottle. This one had been designed by Marc Ange and embodied the absolute fantasy of the chosen one. He associated the timeless attributes of power with very strong art-deco codes. Thus, the Olympéa bottle was all in glass, in pink tones and pastel tones. He then gave off an image of delicacy and tenderness. At the same time, the laurels which surrounded it, worked in gadroons, outlined the wings of victory and embodied an ancient symbolism par excellence. This bottle exudes an apparent pride and appears to be the allegory of triumph. He is like a talisman for all the Aphrodites of our time. Its proportions and feminine curve make it a very glamorous object. However, its symmetry and geometry make it resolutely modern and emphasize, once again, all the audacity of the Paco Rabanne house. Also, all these elements have been included in Olympéa Aqua. The only change that has been made to it is on its glass. Once completely smooth and transparent, it is now blurred, as if condensation had applied to its surface. This thin frosted film then lets us glimpse the freshness of the water it contains.
