Paid Collection fell of TU today, should I dispute the other CRA’s or wait?

CA said they would not remove it, had to stay even though I paid in March. Was for a medical bill.* Syndicated Office Systems/Central Financial Control.* Not sure which or if these are the same company.* At first it showed up as Central Financial Control and I then paid it, a couple months later it showed up under Syndicated.

Today it was removed from my new TU report so should I dispute online with the other CRA’s or wait it out and see if it will fall automatically like this one did?
