Tools and health / accident. His employer is. Not on tools, insurance and non-workers comp Lives in: TXIl is not subcontractors, but an employee of the Company and on the books. The company is not offering him w / a vehicle (it does not need a commercial auto insurance policy). He did not have a policy that GL is not his business. I just need a policy that covers the tools issued within the truck company that the employer made it clear that they do not cover tools stolen. A policy to cover when at work (illness / injury) would be violated. I understand that the employer “on the hook” when it was injured at work, but what if it is temporarily out of work for a serious injury that can be entered at the place of work, the employer is still “on the hook” for lost wages?
