So finally I am starting the process. Submited my information and got Pre Qualified. My scores were better then I thought. The credit scores my broker sent me said I had a 681 mid score and my wife had a 672. I thought I was closer to 640 score with my wife at about 660 which would not give me much wiggle room since I needed 640 for FHA.*

He told me everything looks good and I should go ahead and do the full pre approval and it would take 2-3 days. So I sent in all the documents today. This is a few months sooner then I had expected to apply so I am hoping something doesnt go wrong.

Its been a long journey recovering from BK and hope this goes smooth.
