    For the record, as of the end of March 2012 properties for sale have never been lower – at least for the last 13 periods.* Sold properties and pending sales have never been higher.* Average price per square foot is respectable.* Average days on market is a little high, but within historic ranges, as is average sold price.* Average price for sale is up significantly and months inventory is the lowest in the past 13 months.
