hi.* I’m looking into a new home that offers a broker co-op commission.* My mother is an agent with an active license.* However, she is currently not tied to any broker.** Can she get paid the co-op as an agent without a broker?** Otherwise, would she have to then attach herself to a broker in which case is does anyone have an idea of what the broker would want to keep?** Some or all of the co-op?
