      I have a middle score of 672 and I have a closed car loan that is 9 months old that was in good standing at all times. I have a cc that is 12 months old that is in good standing. I have another cc that is only 2 months old. I am using Wells as my Bank for UW. Will the current items I listed be ok for Uw? or can they also use my rent
      or electric if needed. I have never been late on anything.
