      I need to know 100% truthfully if these credit dept councilor companies that advertise reducing your out standing credit card dept from 50-70% for reel or just another scam that winds up costing you money and damaging your credit rating? I have seen most of them advertise they can reduce $ 30,000 in dept by half to $ 15,000. How is this possible?
