family investment property?
All candidates are welcomed to this – my mother’s home in Massachusetts and South, it is worth about 300K (approximately). He owes about 60K on their existing loans. She plans to leave to my brother and me in the future, but with some problems, payments to buy. My question is: How can my brother and me to better serve (and us) finiacially in this situation? The three of us have talked with my brother and me the way back to her on a loan of 30 years, the title in our name (brothers), then make payments to them. They would in an apartment without paying and us boys would be payable on a property that we own, sell and eventually life. I do not know how we would have a mortgage on the fact that my mother would sell the house for 0 and we (the brothers) to generate our monthly costs while allowing Mom, want to live without minimizing payment.
