Can a mortgage broker make more than one board of a subprime, compared to a “conventional” loan?

I understand that may be a subprime loan to a broker a commission more of an “achievement gap.” Is it possible for a “conventional” loan to a performance gap as well? I think that motivates loans sub -prime brokers were selling because they make more money on their commission by a “yield gap”. Is it possible for a “conventional” loan to a performance gap as well?
