Can a home buyer back out of a contract after all contengicies have been met?
I am in the process of selling my home and the potential buyer now has asked us to let her out of the contract because she and her fiancee broke up. All of our inspections, appraisals, etc. have been done and passed, she has financing that from my understanding did not include her fiancee. We have an accepted offer that is also a week away from closing on another house of our own. I don’t want to just let her out of the contract….. what are my rights?
