Anyway to get a loan for real estate?

I have a big acquisition in Manhattan. This is very rare and it is a great feature. I have the most money, but I’m a little short. The main problem here is that I have terrible credit, while the mortgage is not an option. Can I get a type of loan for $ 30,000?
