Are there tax breaks? Is there any equity in homes right now? Any hidden expenses? We are planning to buy a new home right now and we are first time home buyers. It hasn’t been built yet. I’m in doubt though about the housing market. Its the last thing i want to put my money into. Do you think the interest rates will go down in the next 2 weeks. I want to get locked in at like 6% or lower. its ay 7% right now.
